After losing to Manchester City in the Premier League 1-2 and getting knocked out of the EFL Cup by Wolves many were starting to question if they have the bottle to go all the way to win the title. They managed to bounce back in their last match against Brighton which puts them on 57 points and 4 clear of 2nd placed Manchester City. They can not afford another slip-up or both Man City and Spurs will fancy their chances of catching them. After this game, they face Leicester City at home, West Ham away along with Bournemouth at home which are all matches they should pick up 3 points from. If they can achieve this then it is hard to see the others catch them but it needs to start with a win at the weekend.

Crystal Palace F.C

So far in 2019 Crystal Palace have beaten Wolves away in the EPL, beat Grimsby in the 4th round of the FA Cup but lost their last game in the Premier League against Watford 1-2. They sit on 22 points and are 4 points ahead of Newcastle who is in 18th. It is vital that they get wins over the next few games which are against Southampton and Fulham as if they do not they could be in big trouble and fighting for their lives to avoid relegation.

Prediction – Liverpool Win

If Liverpool is going to win the EPL they need to be beating the likes of Crystal Palace. The recent losses will be a wake-up call and I can see them scoring lots of goals in this one. With the home support, I see the Red winning by a margin of 5-0.
