Manchester United are at home at Old Trafford in the Premier League against Burnley on Tuesday the 29th of January with a kick off time of 20:00.
Manchester United F.C
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer remains unbeaten since he joins as interim manager and has now won 6 Premier League games in a row and 7 in all competitions. If his team continue this type of form until the end of the season it will be impossible for the board to not sign him up full time. In their last match in the EPL the beat Brighton 2-1. The game previous to that the manager past his first real test by beating Spurs at Wembley and confidence is now at an all-time high. They are away to Leicester and Fulham in their next two matches after playing Burnley so it is a great chance to maybe get into the top four.
Burnley are only three points off the bottom 3 place and in a fight to stay in the Premier League. They have an excellent home form so they will hope that this see them through but it looks like it is going to be a close call. They have not lost in the EPL this year and have managed 7 points from a possible 9 which is the type of form they need to maintain to ensure their safety. The drew playing away against Watford in their last match and have Southampton at home along with Brighton at home in their next two league games.
Prediction – Manchester United Win
Manchester United are on a roll and nothing seems to be able to stop them since Solskjaer took over the position as manager. With the home supporters fully behind the new man in charge, it is impossible to see any other result than a Manchester United win. I think they will win it by a margin of 2-1.
